More than I thought
Brian was able to open my eyes to the fact that negotiation is everywhere and that you should not feel guilty for wanting to negotiate.
One statement towards the end sticks with me. Basically, through negotiation, you could save 20% on everything you purchase moving forward. What is that worth to me?
