This is a manifesto about ideas. Big ideas, small ideas, and outlandish ideas. Ideas that innovate, ideas that disrupt markets, and especially ideas that irritate. More than ideas, though, Mad Genius is about how ideas are born and the role they play in entrepreneurial thinking.
This is a manifesto for managers who want to become leaders and leaders who want to blow up mediocrity. Because whether you work in a traditional business, a nonprofit service organization, or the public sector, the best way to create fresh and innovative solutions is to think like an entrepreneur.

"Lot of talk no knowledge"
This book is as exactly as promised a long drawn out speech, with little to no examples on how to make a business better.
Randy Gage crushing it again! Can't wait for his next book. And fantastic to hear it from himself.
"The Narrator Made this Unbearable"
The Wisconsin accent of the narrator was just too much for me. I know, that sounds awful, but it quickly became grating and I couldn't get past the first five minutes. I may look into the digital book instead, as the info was interesting.
I thought is was a decent book. Not life changing but made some good points. I will probably also read "risky is the new safe"
"This is Randy's best book to date"
I've read all of Randy's books so far and although I think Risky is the New Safe was tremendously good, I'm certain this one is even better. Although if you haven't, I suggest you read Risky... Before you pick this one up; it will make more sense that way I think.
And Randy's narration makes it even better.
"Pumped! This book is a legal alternative to meth."
I could not put this book down the first time I played it!
Randy does a stellar job inspiring "thermal fucking nuclear" levels of creative genius in his read of this book.
He's filled it with just the right amount of guidance, examples, and quotables. Thanks Randy!
Yes. If they aren't critical thinkers, they need to become.
Randy chuckling at his own words and bringing humanity to the read.
It's like having a conversation
Yes. I didn't make it. But I would have listened in one sitting.
Add to your must read list.
