Publisher's Summary

Graham Norton has been entertaining audiences and having fun with some of the world's biggest stars for nearly 20 years. He is loved across the nation for his delight in the peculiar and for his ability to find humour and a common ground in all that life brings.

The Life and Loves of a He Devil is Graham's funny and honest memoir on the theme of love. As he shows, it's really the things you love that make you who you are and so Graham tells his story from his Irish childhood to the present day, describing just what and who he loved - and sometimes lost - as a young boy, and his new loves and obsessions - big and small - as he's grown older. It's been 10 years since his last book and, being a decade older, Graham has come to realise that what makes a life interesting is less what happens to you and more what inspires and drives you, what you love....

From Dolly Parton and dogs to wine and Ireland, Graham tells of his life and loves with characteristic humour and outrageous candour.

Loved it

Graham is such a consummate preformed and he delighted by commute to and from work each day, even making me laugh out loud on the train a couple times.

I want more!

Loved Graham's honesty and wit!!

Totally enjoyed every chapter and appreciated his down to earth, honest approach, if ever I get the chance to meet the man, I honestly think we would be friends as I found myself agreeing with his viewpoints on life again and again!

Truely entertaining and memorable

Really enjoyed this. Laughed out loud at many points while it still feeling like a chat over coffee with a friend. The chapter about his dogs is probably my favourite.

Very enjoyable

Thoroughly entertaining. Graham tells his story with right intonations, a good sense of humour and some sadness where needed. Good fun read.

Loved it!

A wonderful way to escape. I love Graham and enjoyed spending a day painting a ceiling with Graham in my ears sharing his thoughts.

Absolute gold

Graham’s performance in this is so great! He draws you in, unlike many authors who read in a boring monotone. This story was a dynamic, funny and well written piece. Had me laughing out loud. Corcaigh Abú!
