Publisher's Summary

A wonderfully written and engaging teenage memoir: read all about Jacqueline's problems with her family, her first love, her school life and her friends. Read extracts from her real diaries and the stories she wrote as a teenager; learn all about the music and books she loved, her troubled school life and her parents' difficult relationship.

Written in Jacqueline's usual and inimitable style, this will be fascinating reading for her fans, and for anyone who's interested in what life in the UK was like in the fifties and sixties.

I love this book!

My name is nevaeh, and I am 10 years old. I am vision impaired. I've been listening to Audible for a year now. I think that this book is a great book. I've loved Jacqueline Wilson for ages, and I have listen to lots of her books. If anyone tries to ask me what my favorite book is, I can't answer because I like them all. I'd recommend this book for people who have already read Jackie daydream, because she already wrote Jackie daydream before she wrote this book. I also recommend it for people who have read Jackie daydream because Jackie daydream is an autobiography of before she was a teenager, so I think this book will make more sense to people who've already read Jackie daydream. I say this because there are a few references to Jackie daydream in the book. I read the book overall four stars because there was one swearword in it, but it's not a bad one. I rate the performance five stars because if it wasn't read by Jacqueline Wilson, I might not of listen to it. I rate the story five stars because I could understand it easily, and my mind didn't wander away from the book. I feel like if my mind is wandering away from the book, I don't feel like reading it anymore. I think this is a great book like I said before, but I wish it was longer. I wish the audiobooks went on forever. I spent like half my time listening to audiobooks. I listen to books on a device called my victory to, but lots of the time I listen to them on audible. I've got about 10 books by Jacqueline Wilson on Audible. She's about the only author that I buy on audible. Thank you for submitting such interesting books. I think this is an amazing book, and I highly recommend it.
