Maggie Tabberer is one of Australia's most photographed, most talked about and most loved personalities. Here she tells of her journey from a childhood in suburban Adelaide to the peak of the Australian fashion industry, a journey of stunning professional achievements matched by a rich and often tempestuous personal life.
For the first time Maggie reveals the highs and lows of her first marriage when she was just a teenager, her on-again off-again romance and marriage with Ettore Prossimo, her romantic liaisons and her long-term relationship with Richard Zachariah. She takes us into her life, and with honesty, laughter and sometimes tears she introduces us to her children, her friends, her world.

I found it to be just a litany of her sexual exploits and name dropping
Found her irritating
disappointment. I have always like Maggie Tabberer but after reading I get the feeling that she is quite shallow. I could only listen to a few chapters but from what I did listen to she just loves to be among the beautiful people. I felt as though if they weren't "impossibly" good looking or "absolutely" beautiful she didn't want to know.
I would put this book in my top five favourite titles. Absolutely love it, have listened to it three times over the years.
Maggie doesn't mince words about her life and her loves; the fashion industry is fascinating, her TV work also; to us mere mortals Maggie has been there and done that, highs and low, mixing with some of the most powerful people in Australia - it was a birds's eye seat and I loved it.
Maggie - she is Maggie Tabberer. I could hear Maggie every time she quoted her.
You have to get this book.
