"It's free on YouTube"
I love Mr ferriss' work, but this is better on YouTube with visuals and free.
"Good stuff; but is a retread "
This is a talk Tim gives a lot, but the end q and a is what differs. if you have ninety-five cents, and you like Ferriss, get it.
Tim Ferris always strikes me with a raw sense of originality. Tim is the Bruce Lee of learning and simplification.
"too many references to visuals"
I really like Tim Ferriss' stuff but there were way too many references in this audio to visuals he's using in the actual presentation and the whole audio kicks off with several minutes of a visual presentation with no talking to tell you what's going on.
"Key Points of Four Hour Chef"
This is a recording of a presentation that Tim Ferriss did while working on 4-Hour Chef. It covers the highlights of his learning strategy, and has a great Q&A session at the end.
I really wish the slides were included as a separate download, because I felt like I missed a few things there.
At this time, there is no audio book for 4-Hour Chef. I felt like this was enough to get me going until I have time to read the book.
I didn't like the interview but there are some good nuggets in the Q&A. For the price the nuggets are gold.
Not a fan. This was like listening to C3PO's douchey brother talk about how easy it is to learn languages and that he learned Bocce in only two months. Ohhhh ahhhhh.
"Great ideas and inspiration"
Skip over the first ten minutes, the interview starts a little bit later. Tim Ferriss is a very knowledgable and inspirational person. Great talk!
"He's one the GREATEST MINDS!"
Sharing the ultimate hacks to life.
5 STARS! Read this book for the best life possible.
"Great Conversation with Tim Ferriss"
Great audiobook for anyone looking to learn more about meta-learning and how to learn more effectively.
Unfortunately, the first part of this audiobook makes reference to a lot of visual content, so a good chunk at the beginning is hard to follow.
"if you like Tim Ferris, this won't disappoint"
if you don't know who tim is, this is a great introduction. would definitely recommend!
"Clearly better watched as a video"
The first 4 min are actually a short movie which could have been skipped as we cannot understand what is being showed.
Then Tim shows lots of slides that are not all explained verbally.
Overall still quite interesting about his technics on learning languages.
"Meta learning with Tim"
A great insight into an extremely interesting and successful dude!
Gives some key elements to language acquisition and other meta learning skills...
