    There is not one judgment against us - Romans 7:4-6, Romans 7:25, Romans 8:1-2

    4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead (were put to death) to the law by (motion to) the body (crucified body) of Christ; that (to the end that) ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised (roused from sleep) from the dead, that we should (may) bring forth fruit unto God.

    5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins (sinful motions), which were (were called out) by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

    6 But now we are delivered (to make useless) from the law, that being dead wherein we were held (having died to that, in that which we were held); that we should serve (do service) in newness of spirit (new spiritual nature), and not in the oldness of the letter.

    25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

    8 There is therefore now no (not one) condemnation (judgement against) to them which are in (resting within) Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

    2 For the law of the Spirit (the new spiritual nature) of life (the spiritual law of life) in (resting within) Christ Jesus hath made me free (freed me) from (away from) the law of sin (aberration from the prescribed law) and death (the state of death).

    Put your trust in God - Psalms 71:1-10

    71 In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

    2 Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.

    3 Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.

    4 Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

    5 For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.

    6 By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.

    7 I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.

    8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.

    9 Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.

    10 For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,

    You're not to be anxious - Philippians 4:4-9

    Philippians 4:4-9

    4 Rejoice (be delighted, pleased) in (resting within) the Lord (Christ) always: and again I say, Rejoice.

    5 Let your moderation (forbearance and consideration) be known (experientially known) unto all men. The Lord (Christ) is at hand.

    6 Be careful (anxious)l for nothing (not one thing); but in every thing (all things) by prayer (prayers to God) and supplication (specific prayers of need) with thanksgiving let your requests (specific requests) be made known (declare) unto God.

    7 And the peace (state of wellbeing) of God, which passeth (surpassing) all understanding (thought), shall keep (garrison or fortify) your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

    8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest (dignified), whatsoever things are just (righteous), whatsoever things are pure (free from every defilement), whatsoever things are lovely (dear to anyone), whatsoever things are of good report (well spoken, well worded); if there be any virtue (good, quality, excellence), and if there be any praise, think on these things.

    9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

    We need God - Proverbs 3:1-10

    Proverbs 3:1-10

    3 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

    2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

    3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

    4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

    5 Trust (confide) in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding (discernment: power of faculty of mind by which distinguishes one thing from another).

    6 In all thy ways acknowledge (recognize) him, and he shall direct (rightly divide) thy paths.

    7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear (confide, trust) in the Lord, and depart (shun, avoid) from evil.

    8 It shall be health (healing) to thy navel (fig. for the whole body), and marrow (moistening) to thy bones.

    9 Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

    10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses (wine-vats) shall burst out (overflow) with new wine.

  • 1169. Stand on God - daily bible verse
    May 23 2024

    Stand on God - Psalms 62:1-12

    Psalms 62:1-12

    62 Truly (surely) my soul (I myself) waiteth (waiteth, in silence) upon God: from (for) him cometh my salvation.

    2 He only (truly) is my rock and my salvation (safety from evils); he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

    Psalms 62:4-9

    5 My soul, wait (wait, in silence) thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

    6 He only (truly) is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

    7 In (upon) God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge (shelter from danger), is in God.

    8 Trust (confide) in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

    9 Surely (truly) men of low degree are vanity (a breath), and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

    10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

    11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power (strength) belongeth unto God.

    12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy (grace): for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

    Set your course of life on love and believing - Ephesians 2:1-10

    Ephesians 2:1-10

    2 And you hath he quickened, who were dead (state of death) in (by) trespasses and sins;

    2 Wherein (in which) in time past (once) ye walked according to the course (the age) of this world (kosmos: the arrangement), according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit (devil spirit) that now worketh (is working) in (resting within) the children (child by natural descent) of disobedience (the disobedience):

    3 Among whom also we all had our conversation (to turn oneself, conduct oneself) in times past in the lusts (unlawful, sinful desire) of our flesh (fleshly nature), fulfilling the desires of the flesh (fleshly nature) and of the mind; and were by nature (origin) the children (native character) of wrath (anger with desire to revenge) , even as others (those who are left).

    4 But God, who is rich in (remaining within) mercy (active nature), for his great love wherewith he loved us,

    5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened (made us alive) us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

    6 And hath raised us up together (in conjunction with), and made us sit (down) together in (remaining within) heavenly places (the heavenliness) in (remaining within) Christ Jesus:

    7 That (in order that) in (remaining within) the ages to come he might shew the exceeding (surpassing, excel) riches (wealth) of his grace in his kindness toward (remaining within) us through (remaining within) Christ Jesus.

    8 For by grace are ye saved through (the dividing line) faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

    9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

    10 For we are his workmanship (handiwork; work performed by power and wisdom), created (having been created) in Christ Jesus unto (resting on the foundation of) good works, which God hath before ordained (afore prepared) that (in order that) we should walk in them.

  • 1167. The words of faith - daily bible verse
    May 20 2024

    The words of faith - Romans 10:1-10

    10 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel (them) is, that they might be saved.

    2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal (to boil, seethe: vehement passion)of God, but not according to knowledge (being acquainted).

    3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness (the doing or being what is just or right), and going about (seeking) to establish (cause to stand) their own righteousness, have not submitted (not to understand, not to perceive) themselves unto the righteousness of God.

    4 For Christ (the messiah) is the end (fulfillment or completion) of the law for (motion to the end) righteousness to every one that believeth (to have faith).

    5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.

    6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

    7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

    8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

    9 That if thou shalt confess (agree, admit) with thy mouth the Lord Jesus (Jesus as Lord), and shalt believe in thine heart (the seat of life, the starting point, organ of concentration) that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (made sound, preserved safe).

    10 For with the heart man believeth (it is believed) unto (motion to) righteousness; and with the mouth confession (it is confessed) is made unto (motion to) salvation.

    Set your course of life - Ephesians 4:1-6, Ecclesiastes 1:17, Ephesians 4:22-24

    Ephesians 4:1-6

    4 I therefore, the prisoner of (resting within) the Lord (Jesus Christ), beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation (calling) wherewith ye are (were) called (summoned),

    2 With (In company with) all lowliness (humility) and meekness (enduring with an even temper), with longsuffering, forbearing (bearing with) one another in (remaining within) love;

    3 Endeavouring (studying) to keep the unity (oneness) of the Spirit (holy spirit) in (resting within) the bond (that which binds to together) of (the) peace.

    4 There is one body, and one Spirit (new spiritual nature), even as ye are called (summoned) in (resting within) one hope (expectation of future good) of your calling;

    5 One Lord (master Jesus Christ), one faith (firm persuasion, conviction), one baptism,

    6 One God and Father of all, who is above (with dignity and power) all, and through (the dividing line) all, and in (resting within) you all.

    Ecclesiastes 1:17

    18 For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

    Ephesians 4:22-24

    22 That ye put off (put away) concerning (with the ultimate purpose) the former (before) conversation (manner of life) the old man (Adam nature), which is corrupt (being corrupted) according to the deceitful lusts (sinful desires);

    23 And be renewed (implies that the whole course of life now flows in a different direction) in the spirit (your spirit, desires, action) of your mind (reflective conscious);

    24 And that ye put on the new man (new nature), (that) which after (along the same motion) God is (was) created in (remaining within) righteousness and (of the) true (truth) holiness (godliness).
