Visions of mastery quickly gave way to hopes of simply surviving hospital life, where confidence was hard to come by and no amount of med school training could dispel the terror of facing actual patients.

Bringing the Gap??
As a doctor of natural medicine, I'm fascinated by the "Zero to Finals" audiobook's comprehensive approach to clinical assessment, which includes a surprising emphasis on phytopharmaceuticals. While it doesn't explicitly mention herbal medicine, the discussion of various plant-derived compounds and their therapeutic applications demonstrates a clear understanding of the scientific basis for many natural remedies. It's a subtle yet powerful acknowledgement of the interconnectedness between orthodox and natural medicine, revealing a shared appreciation for the healing potential of plants. This audiobook is a valuable resource for any healthcare practitioner seeking a well-rounded understanding of patient care that bridges the perceived gap between these two approaches.
