I loved this book, long time coming as I heard her in conversation with Sam Harris in 2020 and have been following her inspired nemonic of grow and ground for years at this point. This book did not let me down and has confirmed what I am learning is heaven sent and a must for our continuation as an apex earthling. Thank you
