Story
My husband is a doctor. He’s smart and charming, and everybody trusts him. Except me. On the surface, it looks like I have it all–the perfect marriage, the perfect husband, the perfect life. But it’s far from the truth. Doctor Drew Devlin is not the respectable figure he makes out to be. The reason we moved to this beautiful, old property with a gorgeous view of the sea was because we needed to put our past behind us. It should’ve been a fresh start for us both.

Lacking Flow
This story gets confusing when vital details are added at the end, instead of the story unfolding as you go. Also, why introduce a love interest if nothing happens? Writers should know that if you introduce a gun in chapter one, it had better be fired by chapter three!

Fantastically True
I was a midwife in 70's this did happen, we had an unmarried mother's home near us . The stories I could tell you. The only difference was they had their babies in the hospital but they were made to sign their babies away by the church and government. We had 24 babies up for adoption at one time. the other cruelty was they kept all those young girls in with mother's that were keeping their babies . A well written and researchef book .I loved it
