Informative
A lot of good information in this book and a lot of good science based info. It’s interesting that we’ve come this far but it’s still not far enough.
A lot of good questions and some good answers.
Disappointed there was no pdf or resource included, as they mention - “in the table below” - “or in the resource section…”as they are reading; but instead tell you to buy the paper copy of the book at the end. That’s a bit of a cop out and makes me wonder why I bothered listening for 15 hours. How many times do I have to buy the book?
