Not a fan of the narrator
I'm an avid Christie fan but Im really not enjoying this narrator at all. The attempted accents?

Victim blaming
It was different time but it is attitudes like these that have lead to our culture treating men who kill their partners with pity. They deserve wrath.

Victim blaming and shocking narration
Blames the woman for her own death rather than the perpetrator. Not good.
And the narrator was 70 years old at the time of recording. Certainly not suitable for a book where the first-person narrator is meant to be a young woman. And the accents and character voices are so wrong. So hard to understand and had to try really hard to finish the book.
Do not recommend. At all.

The narration detracts from the story
While I like Anna Massey as an actress, her narration of this book detracts and distracts from the story. For example, at times, Poirot sounds German. And the character who narrates the story sounds much older than the age she is given.
I can't recommend this audio book.

Not her best
Unfortunately the narrator of this novel had the most annoyingly high-pitched voice - it grated badly. And the story dragged.
