Beautifully written, organised and read. Lydia’s voice is truly soothing and sincere. Love the journey through the seasons of the year. The message here is how we naturally can tune into that seasonal rhythm and apply the cues to whatever ‘season’ we may be going through personally as we navigate life. Highly recommend.

An absolute work of art!
I’ve lost count of the ways Lydia has had a profound effect on my life. For making me feel like in the interests I have I have a friend, even if we’ve never met. This book is a balm for the soul, the words you need to hear right when you need to hear them! An absolute triumph and one of my favorite books I’ve read this year.

A warm hug in a book
Lydia’s book is beautifully written and read with a voice that is both eloquent and kind. The audio book arrived in my library at a very dark time for my family. Her words spoke to me in a way that no other book has before. It’s not so much a self help book (of which I have read many) but more of a warm blanket, a cup of tea and a sympathetic ear. Filled with gentle guidance and helpful hints to navigate the ups and downs of life, a truck load of empathy and handful of recipes, I recommend you listen to this book in a comfortable and quiet setting, with a blanket and pillow or faithful pet. Close your eyes and let her voice transport you to beautiful scenery and sooth your nerves. She will make you smile, laugh and sometimes cry. And do cry if you need to, because you are safe within the space of this book.
