Brings up a lot of good points about social interaction, but could expand on many of those points instead of just listing them. I felt like I was struggling to remember and take in stuff as it came at me too fast.

I have tried many but this is the best communication and conversation skills book I have found.
Particularly useful for anyone shy or not very confident in social situations. I have noticed huge improvements in my social skills since I first listened this book but the greatest compliment is that other people have noticed and commented too.

Fundamentally sound
This book I feel hits the spot when it comes to an easy listen, making you aware of fundamental issues which I believe is the first step to becoming a great conversationalist. Unlike many other well known books like ‘how to win friends and influence people’ this book gets into the guts of concepts which you should further look into and practice in your day to day interactions. This is a simple book but if used effectively can prove wonders.
